Innergy Points (IP) are earned every time you engage with Innergy. The more you interact, the more Innergy Points you accumulate, helping you unlock various tiers and track your progress. Earning points on the Innergy app is easy! You can engage in various activities to accumulate points and enhance your wellness journey. Here are the few ways you can earn points:

• Watch Fitness Videos – Earn points by viewing guided fitness content.

• Engage with Sparks – Interact with motivational Sparks to stay inspired.

• Listen to Audio Sessions – Gain points by tuning into wellness-focused audio content.

• Practice Meditation – Complete meditation sessions to accumulate points.

• Participate in Group Chats – Earn points by:

• Joining a Group Chat

• Posting Messages in Group Chats

Tiers

As you accumulate Innergy Points, you unlock the following tiers:

• Bronze: Earn between 500 and 1500 IP.
• Silver: Earn between 1500 and 2500 IP.

Streaks

Your consistency is rewarded with streaks. Each consecutive day of engagement with Innergy adds to your streak. If you skip a day, your streak will reset.

• Bronze: Achieve a streak of 5-15 consecutive days.
• Silver: Achieve a streak of 15-25 consecutive days.
• Gold: Achieve a streak of 25+ consecutive days.
  

View your history by clicking on your name at the bottom of the Innergy Points and Streaks pages of the Leaderboard. See how you accumulated your IP as well as the length of your current streak.

Using a VPN may change your device’s time zone, which can affect how streaks are tracked. This might cause streaks to break even if you're active daily. For best results, use the app without a VPN or ensure your device's time zone is correct.
