How do I Manage my Innergy App subscription?

To manage your Innergy App subscription, i.e.; to find your trial end date, billing date, update your payment method or to cancel a subscription, follow these steps below

Manage Innergy App Subscription on Google Play Store

From your Android Device:
  1. Open your device's Settings app and tap Google and then Manage your Google Account.
  2. At the top, tap Payments & subscriptions.
  3. Tap Manage subscriptions.
  4. To see more details, select Innergy App.
From your computer:
  1. Open your Google Account. You might need to sign in.
  2. On the left, click Payments & subscriptions.
  3. To view a list of items, click Manage purchases, Manage subscriptions, or Manage reservations.
  4. To get more details, select an item. Here, you can take actions, like: Track a delivery.
If do not see an active Innergy App subscription in your Google Play account, you may have subscribed on a different platform.


Manage Innergy App Subscription on Apple App Store

From your iPhone or iPad:
  1. From the Home Screen of your iOS device, tap the App Store icon
  2. Tap the account icon in the upper right corner
  3. Tap your name to enter your Account Settings
  4. Tap Subscriptions
  5. Tap Innergy App to view, edit or update your subscription details
From your computer:
  1. Open the App Store
  2. Choose Account from the menu
  3. Select View My Account and sign in to the App Store
  4. Under Settings find Subscriptions and click Manage
  5. Click Innergy App to view, edit or update your subscription details
If you do not see an active Innergy App subscription listed in your App Store account, please make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID that you used to sign up. If you still do not see it, you may have purchased your subscription on a different platform than iOS.
