Innergy seems to be using a lot of space on my phone. How do I fix that?

Innergy seems to be using a lot of space on my phone. How do I fix that?

To free up space from your phone, you can delete files from the downloads section of Innergy. Please follow the steps below:   

  1. Open Innergy.
  2. Tap 'Profile' at the bottom right corner.
  3. Tap the ‘Downloads’ tab to see all downloaded content. 
  4. Tap the 3-dots next to the downloaded content and tap the ‘Delete from Downloads’ option.

Once deleted, you can re-download content at any time. When you open any content, you’ll see a Download icon at the bottom.
