Innergy Help Center | Troubleshooting Slow Performance on Innergy

Innergy is running slow. What do I do?

We all have bad days, and Innergy is no exception! 
 
If you are continuously having connectivity issues, you can try the following steps. After each step, see if the problem persists and proceed to the next step.

  1. Check your internet connection and ensure that it's not weak or unstable.
  2. Try force closing and restarting Innergy.
  3. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
  4. Clear app cache and data (for Android).
  5. Try restarting your device. Press and hold the power button until the power menu appears, then tap Restart or Reboot.
A few additional steps that you can try (for Android devices) are as follows:
  1. Change animation settings: Reducing the use of screen effects like zooming, spinning, and fading can improve performance and battery life.
  2. Disable battery optimization.
  3. Check for system updates: Open your phone's Settings app, tap System, then tap Advanced and System update. Depending on your phone, you might need to tap About phone or About tablet.
