I purchased my subscription on Apple store. How do I get a refund?
The Apple App Store has a separate system for billing and payment information. We don't have access to their subscription or billing details to cancel or refund these purchases. Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices.
Customers who subscribed to Innergy through Apple will need to reach out to them directly with any refund requests. Please see the below mentioned steps.
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

We also recommend that you cancel your subscription to prevent being charged again next cycle. To do so, you'll just need to turn off auto-renew within your phone's Apple account settings. Please see this support article for details: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098
