Innergy Help Center | Phone Number Verification Issues

I'm trying to sign up with my phone number, but I'm not receiving the verification code. Please advise.

  1. Check your phone number: Verify that you have entered the correct phone number during the sign-up process. Any typo in the phone number can prevent the verification code from reaching you.
  2. Check your signal and network connection: Ensure that you have a stable network connection and sufficient signal strength. Poor network connectivity can hinder the delivery of SMS messages. Move to an area with better signal strength or switch to a different network connection if possible.
  3. Wait and check for delays: Sometimes, there can be delays in receiving the verification code. Wait for a few minutes to allow the message to arrive.
  4. Request a new verification code: If you haven't received the verification code after a reasonable waiting period, use the "Resend" button to generate a new code.
