Innergy Help Center | Error in Redeeming Innergy Gift Card

I am getting an error when redeeming my gift card. Please help.

If you are seeing any of the below errors, please follow the troubleshooting steps listed following that entry.

Invalid or expired gift code
  1. Please review your gift code for any typos and try again.
  2. If the error persists, please reach out to giftsubscriptions@imih.org.

Please ensure you're following the below steps for redeeming the gift code.
  2. Login to your existing Innergy account or set up a new account.
  3. Enter your gift code and click Redeem.



  4. Download Innergy on your device and login with the same account you used in Step 2 above.
An annual Innergy gift card cannot be added to an Innergy account which is active with an existing subscription plan. Please wait for the subscription to expire before redeeming the gift card.
