How can I update my name on Innergy?

To update your name on Innergy, follow these steps -
  1. Open Innergy and go to Profile (bottom right corner).
  2. Tap the ⚙️ icon at the top-right to open the Settings page.
  3. Tap the Account Details option.
  4. Now, tap the Edit option next to Full Name.
  5. Enter new name and tap on Save.
Notes

Note - Your group chat username can be different than your Innergy account name. You can enter the desired group chat username when you join your first chat group. Once set, your group chat username can only be changed by contacting Innergy customer support team at support@innergyapp.com.
