How secure is my data?

The security of your personal data is essential to us.

Innergy employs strong industry standards and practices to help protect personal information. Data is encrypted in-transit and at-rest. Your personal information is accessible to only a limited number of personnel who need access to perform their duties.

We access/share your private content only when we have your specific consent or are required to by law.

Innergy maintains technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to help protect the security of your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, misuse or disclosure. These measures may vary based on the sensitivity of your information. However, no security precautions or systems can be completely secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to Innergy, and you do so at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
