How long is my program, and how is it structured?
Every Innergy program varies in length depending upon the number of steps designed to help you reach your goals. The structure for each program is very similar. Within each step of the program, there are multiple activities for you to perform before moving on to the next step.
Although we do not recommend skipping a step as it is carefully crafted in the sequence, but you have the option to do so if desired.
