How do I view/approve subscription autopay request on my UPI app?

Please follow the below mentioned steps based on the UPI app you use.

Google Pay

1. Open the Google Pay app on your device.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top-right.
3. Tap on Autopay to view and approve the pending request.
   
   

Paytm

1. Open the Paytm app on your device.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top-left.
3. Tap on UPI & Payment Settings.
4. Now tap on UPI Automatic Payments and approve the pending request.
   
   

PhonePe

1. Open the PhonePe app on your device.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top-left.
3. Tap on Autopay Settings and approve the pending request.

In India, we have a direct (bank to bank) payment system known as the Unified Payment Interface (UPI). UPI also offers an auto-pay e-mandate feature. Once set up for a subscription, if the subscription is canceled, payments will still be deducted from your bank account. You must manually cancel the e-mandate after cancelling the subscription through the merchant app. Any deducted amount is automatically refunded within 7 days.

It's advisable to cancel the e-mandate through the payment app before the due date to avoid charges and ensure automatic cancellation of subscriptions on the due date.
