If you do not have auto-update enabled in your device, Innergy will prompt you to update the app when a new version is available. Simply click on Update and follow the steps to update from App Store / Play Store.
Additionally, you can manually upgrade to Innergy's latest version by following the steps below:
For Android:
- Open the Google Play Store App
- In the upper right corner, tap on the Profile icon
- Tap ‘Manage apps & devices’ & search for ‘Innergy’
- Tap on Update
For iOS:
- Open the App Store
- Tap the Profile icon at the top right of the screen
- Scroll to see the section with pending updates
- Tap Update next to ‘Innergy’
