How do I reset or start over with a new goal or program?

If you have already started a program and wish to discontinue it, follow these steps: 
  1. Browse to the bottom of the existing program and tap on "Discontinue this program".



  2. Confirm your decision by tapping "Yes" on the alert.
  3. Once you discontinue the program, you will be given the option to select a new goal and start a new program.
