How do I join a Group Meditation session on Innergy app?
- Open the Innergy app and click on the left navigation bar.
- Navigate to "Group Meditation".
- Browse the list of available Group Meditation sessions.
- Active Group Meditation sessions will be marked with an Ongoing green ribbon. Click anywhere on the listing to join the Group Meditation session.
Please note that the time listed on the sessions is in your local timezone. - Upon entering the Group Meditation session, select how long you would like to meditate.
- An intro audio will be played. You will have the option to skip it and go straight into meditation.
- A soft audio cue will play to guide you out of the meditation session.
To set a reminder for upcoming Group Meditation sessions, simply click the "Remind Me" button on the session listing.
