At Innergy, we understand that users may occasionally wish to discontinue their account usage. Please note that account deletions are permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all session history and saved data associated with your user account will be permanently removed. 

To delete your Innergy account, please follow these steps: 

1. Tap "Profile" at the bottom-right corner.
2. Find the Settings ⚙️, located on the upper right corner.
3. Within "Settings", you will find the "Delete account" option. Please select this option to initiate the account deletion process.
   

               

Important Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription or trigger a refund. If you currently hold an active subscription, it is essential to cancel any renewal arrangements prior to deleting your account. Please note that Innergy is unable to issue refunds after an account has been deleted.
