1. Write to us with your query at support@innergyapp.com. 
2. Open Innergy on your device. Go to Profile (bottom right hand), tap Settings ⚙️ at the top-right and tap Help & Support. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find a “Submit a request” link which will redirect you to a customer support form. Please submit it with your concern and we’ll get back to you!
