How do I cancel my Innergy subscription?

We're so sorry to see you go! Please refer to the below cancellation steps based on your device type.

Android

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap the profile icon on the top-right.
  3. Tap on Payments & Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscriptions and then click on the active Innergy subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Select the cancellation reason and click Continue.

  1. Open the App Store app on your device.
  2. Tap the profile icon on the top-right.
  3. Tap Subscriptions to see the list of your active subscriptions.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  5. Confirm cancellation in the pop-up.
