How can I update my email address on Innergy?

If you have an individual subscription to Innergy, please follow these steps to update your email address:

  1. Open Innergy and go to Profile (bottom right corner).
  2. Tap the ⚙️ icon at the top-right to open the Settings page.
  3. Tap the Account Details option.
  4. Now, tap the Edit option next to Email Address.
  5. Enter your new email and click on Send OTP.
  6. Enter the OTP received on email to update your email address.
If your Innergy subscription is provided by your organization, it is not possible to change email address on your account.
