How can I update my email address on Innergy?

Here are the steps to update your email address:

  1. Open Innergy and go to Profile (bottom right corner).
  2. Tap the ⚙️ icon at the top-right to open the Settings page.
  3. Tap the Account & Manage Billing option.
  4. Now, tap the Edit option next to Email Address.
  5. Enter your new email and click on Send OTP.
  6. Enter the OTP received on email to update your email address.

You can also update your email address through the web portal: 

  1. Visit innergyapp.com and click on Login in the top right corner. 
  2. Sign in using your Innergy account credentials (email and OTP) or through your phone number, Google, or Facebook.  
  3. After logging in, click on your name in the top-right corner and select Account and Billing. 
  4. Click Edit next to Email Address, enter new email and click on Save.
