How can I turn off the auto-renew feature for my subscription?

You can disable auto-renewal for your Innergy subscription at any time by following the steps below.

If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store:  
  1. Open the Settings app (on your iPhone or iPad).
  2. Tap on your name.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions".
  4. Select the Innergy subscription.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play Store:

  1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow further instructions.
Please note that you will continue to have access to all premium content until your subscription's expiration date.
