Innergy reads health data from the Apple Health app (for iOS devices) or the Health Connect app (for Android devices). By linking these apps to Innergy, you can access your health data in the following categories:

• Heart Health (e.g., heart rate, resting heart rate)
• Physical Activity (e.g., steps, floors climbed)
• Metabolic and Rest Indicators (e.g., sleep duration, respiration)

For Apple Devices:

1. Open the Innergy App.
   
2. Tap on the left navigation bar.
   
3. Navigate to "Health Measurements".
   
4. Toggle on the permissions for the health data categories you want to share with Innergy (e.g., heart rate, steps, sleep).

For Android Devices:

1. Install Health Connect (if not already installed):

• Health Connect is available on the Google Play Store and is required for syncing your data with Innergy.
• Download Health Connect by searching for it in the Google Play Store and tapping Install.

2. Set Up Health Connect:

• Open the Health Connect app and follow the setup instructions.
• Ensure that it is correctly synced with other fitness and health apps (like Google Fit, Samsung Health, etc.).

3. Open the Innergy App:

• Open the Innergy App.
  
• Tap on the left navigation bar.
  
• Navigate to "Health Measurements".
  
• Toggle on the permissions for the health data categories you want to share with Innergy (e.g., heart rate, steps, sleep).

Data Syncing Delays: There may be occasional discrepancies in the data, especially if syncing is still in progress. Please allow some time for the data to update fully.

Permissions: Make sure that you've enabled the correct permissions for Innergy to access your health data in both Apple Health (for iOS) and Health Connect (for Android).
