Can I change the number registered to my Innergy account?

Yes, you can! Here are the steps to update your phone number through the app: 

  • Open Innergy and go to Profile (bottom right corner).
  • Click Settings ⚙️ at the top-right.
  • Click the Account & Manage Billing option.
  • Now, click the Edit option next to Phone Number.
  • Enter the new number and follow the OTP verification process. 

You can also update your phone number through the web portal: 

  • Visit innergyapp.com and click on "Login" in the top right corner.
  • Sign in using your Innergy account credentials (email and password) or through your phone number, Google, or Facebook. 
  • After logging in, click on your name in the top-right corner and select "Account and Billing".
  • Click Edit next to Phone Number, enter new number and verify using OTP.
